Progress.
Photos of my progress will be up soon guys! The last time I made a sweeping declaration about my weight loss I was around 83kgs, I’m now at 72kgs, so yaaaaay! I haaaaate taking photos of my near naked self though (bike shorts and a sports bra) so they mightn’t be up for a bit. I have to learn to push all negative thoughts from my mind. I tend to be having good days, and I’ll spend the night at this guys house I’ve been seeing, then the next day I’ll wake up and I’ll get the idea “How nice would it be to snuggle up inside at home in my bed with my doona with all this delicious food, such comfort!” No! Baaaaad idea. And it’s like, once that idea is in my head there’s no backing out. Emotional turmoil for the kill much. I do still wish to be around the 50 mark for my birthday, which is in a few months.
